Terms of use
Effective 17 July 2026. Pilot phase.
What QueueZero is
QueueZero is a mobile ordering platform that lets Australian food trucks publish a menu and accept orders ahead of pickup. Customers pay at the window on collection. There is no in-app payment during the pilot.
Pilot pricing
The platform is free to vendors during the pilot phase. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, no per-order fee. Vendors are responsible for the cost of any SMS notifications sent to their customers. Pricing will change in Phase 2. Vendors will get at least 30 days notice before any fee is introduced.
What we don't do
We do not handle payments, we do not prepare food, we do not deliver orders, we do not verify food-safety compliance of any vendor. Each vendor is the sole party responsible for their own menu, ingredients, allergen disclosure, and food handling.
Vendor obligations
- Disclose allergens honestly and in line with FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
- Only accept orders when you are able to prepare them.
- Respond promptly to reasonable customer requests.
- Only claim a QueueZero slug that represents a business you actually operate. Impersonating another truck ends your account.
Customer expectations
- Provide a working mobile number if you want SMS notifications.
- Turn up on time to collect your order.
- Alert the vendor to any allergies before ordering.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer a formal uptime guarantee during the pilot. If the platform is unavailable, please arrange collection direct with the truck.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
