Privacy notice

What we collect

• To place an order: your first name, mobile number, optional email, cart contents, chosen pickup time.
• To send order updates: your mobile number is stored for the life of the order and up to 30 days after collection for dispute resolution, then deleted.
• Vendor accounts: business name, email, phone, ABN if supplied, current location if broadcast, menu photos you upload.
• Technical: IP address, browser, page views, approximate location if you allow geolocation for the locator home.

Why

To run the ordering platform, notify you when food is ready, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Analytics only run after you accept the cookie banner.

Your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact hello@day-zero.com.au. We respond within 30 days.

Sharing

Your name, phone, and order contents are shared with the vendor you ordered from so they can prepare and hand over your food. That is the only third-party sharing for customer orders. SMS is delivered via MessageMedia (Australia). Auth and hosting are provided by Supabase and Vercel respectively.

Retention

• Orders: 12 months, then deleted.
• Customer phone numbers on unclaimed subscriptions: 12 months.
• Vendor accounts: for the life of the account, deleted on request.

QueueZero is a product of Day Zero Solutions, an Australian sole trader. All personal data is stored in Australian data-centre regions.
