Allergen notice
QueueZero displays allergen information exactly as the vendor entered it. Every truck on the platform prepares food in a shared kitchen or cooking area. Even when an item is marked "gluten free" or "vegan", traces of other allergens may be present because of the cooking environment.
Before you order
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak with the vendor at the window before ordering, or add a note during checkout. The vendor is the sole authority on whether an item is safe for you to eat.
Priority allergens (FSANZ)
Australian food-safety standards require priority allergen disclosure. The following are recognised as priority allergens under FSANZ Standard 1.2.3:
- Gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt)
- Crustacea (shellfish)
- Egg
- Fish
- Milk (dairy)
- Peanut
- Sesame
- Soy
- Tree nuts
- Lupin
- Added sulphites 10 mg/kg or more
QueueZero is not liable for allergen-related harm arising from a vendor's declaration. If you believe a vendor has misdeclared, please email hello@day-zero.com.au and we will investigate.
